XINFENG HZS120 concrete batching plant consists of double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer, batcher, cement silo and screw conveyor, rubber belt conveyor as well as microcomputer control room.

JS2000 double-shaft forced mixer, a forced and efficient equipment, which is adopted is applicable for the production of plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, etc, with high productivity, short stirring time and nice appearance, applying to large and medium sized construction, road, bridge and precast product factory of concrete product, and it is the best choice for commercial concrete production.

To satisfy the production requirements, estimated productivity of this concrete batching plant is 120m³/h, nominal capacity of mixer is 2000L, hopper quantity of batcher is 4, batching capacity is 3200L, powder material silo capacity is 3×100t, unloading height is 4.2m.
