Each of Double Concrete Batching Plant has a production capacity of ≥120m³ concrete per hour with its JS2000 mixer. JS2000 mixer is also equipped with automated washing system to clean the mixer more effectively and quickly. Having dust filter in the mixer block ensures to reduce dust emission to protect the environment while making concrete production.
Moreover, the plant has 4 aggregate bins allowing the storage of 4 kinds of material. One of the aggregate bins has a moisture probe which is measuring the moisture amount in the sand to control water amount of the final mixture.
