2.Use ice instead of water.For most concrete, the maximum temperature that can be lowered is 11 ℃.In order to ensure the correct proportion, the weight of ice added to the concrete should be weighed.
3.Cool the mixed concrete with liquid nitrogen.At this time, the concrete can reach the lowest limit temperature, if the concrete temperature drops within 8 ℃, the method is feasible.
4. Cooling of coarse aggregate.The effective method of coarse aggregate cooling is to spray with cold water or flush with a lot of water.As coarse aggregate occupies a large proportion in the concrete mixing process, the temperature of coarse aggregate is reduced by about 1 ℃± 0.5 ℃, and the final concrete temperature can be reduced by 0.5 ℃.
