The drying process of fly ash dryer
Due to the viscosity of fly ash, wet fly ash can be divided into the following working areas during the drying process:
First is the guide area, where wet fly ash enters into contact with high temperature hot air and rapidly evaporates water. The material cannot form a bond under the copying board with large guide Angle, so it is imported into the next co-working area.
Second, in the cleaning area, wet fly ash is picked up by the board to form the material curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to form the phenomenon of bonding drum wall. In this area, due to the cleaning equipment, materials adhering to the inner wall are reasonably excluded, thus increasing the heat exchange area and increasing the boring rate.
Third, the inclined lifting plate area, in which wet fly ash is in a loose state with low moisture, and the materials are no longer bonded. After heat exchange, the materials reach the required moisture state and enter the discharge area.
Fourth, in the discharging area, the roller is not equipped with a reading board, and the material rolls to the discharge port in this area to complete the whole drying process.
