.Precautions for masonry construction
Before construction, bricks and blocks should be watered and moistened two days in advance.
Masonry mortar should be used with mixing, mortar should be used up within 3 hours after mixing.When the highest temperature exceeds 30℃ during the construction period, the mortar shall be used up within two hours.The hardened mortar shall not be mixed with water, nor shall overnight mortar be used.
When the grouting method is adopted, the length of grouting shall not exceed 750mm.When the temperature exceeds 30℃ during construction, the length of grouting shall not exceed 500mm.
Masonry mortar with sand generally appropriate to use medium sand.The amount of sand should be controlled in strict accordance with the design label of mortar.
2. Notes for painting construction
The surface of masonry should be wet and free of floating water before painting, preferably 2 ~ 4 hours in advance.
Plastering, should be on the full thickness of 95%, and the surface is basically flat, even.If the paint thickness is more than 20mm, layer construction shall be carried out, that is, surface construction shall be carried out within 2 ~ 4 hours after the foundation.
All kinds of mortar plastering layer should prevent quick drying, water flushing, impact, vibration before setting, cement mortar plastering layer should be maintained after 24 hours, in order to prevent coating shell, crack and other common quality problems.
The plastering layer and between the plastering layer and the base layer must be firmly bonded.Methods such as brush interfacial agent, scavenging slurry and air pressure pump grouting can be used to increase the bonding strength when concrete beam and column surface is painted.
Roofing leveling painting, mortar thickness should be 6 ~ 7mm for the best, rub leveling, a complete.
3. Precautions for veneer construction
The base must be cleaned, otherwise the cement mortar will not bond well with the base.
If there are cracks in the wall itself, it should be properly treated before tiling, so as to avoid cracking or falling off of the wall tiles caused by larger cracks in the basic structure in the future.
