    In the process of conveying cement to the cement silo (cement tank), the operator should uninterruptedly press the button of the vibration motor of the cement silo dust collector to shake off the cement attached to the dust collector bag, to prevent blocking the bag and bursting the silo. Because once the cement blocked bag, the pressure in the cement silo exceeds the safety pressure of the cement silo pressure safety valve, the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the silo, preventing the occurrence of the accident of the burst silo. At the same time, we should regularly observe the cement adhering to the bag in the cement silo, and clean it up in time.

① When it is necessary to discharge the material, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, and then convey the cement out through the cement conveying device. In the process of discharging, if the phenomenon of "arching" occurs, press the button of the solenoid valve of the arch-breaking device in time to blow, eliminate "arching" and feed the cement to ensure the smooth supply of cement.

When the cement conveying device fails, close the manual unloading valve at the bottom of the cone to prevent the cement from overflowing and causing waste.
