Cause Analysis:

Due to the many factors that lead to the deviation of the tape, the deviation of the tape should be solved from the aspects of design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, use and maintenance of the conveyor. For example, the tightness of the tape on both sides is different, and the height of the tape is not high. The same, the roller bracket and other devices are not installed and the vertical section of the tape running direction will cause the belt to run off.
